Friday, April 22, 2022 Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun or known as The Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development (YIIM) supported by Insight Investments Management Company (INSIGHT) held assistance for iftar of Ramadan for Santri orphans and poor people at the Al-Makmur Modern Islamic Boarding School which is located at Kampung Leusir Street, RT 05 /RW 01, Munjul Village, Solear District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province.
The aid for iftar in the form of 100 packages containing rice boxes and takjil and 100 packages of Ramadan gifts containing various snacks, milks, and biscuits. The aid was given to 100 orphans and poor people, they are students who received scholarships at the Al-Makmur Islamic Boarding School.
This event is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, especially SDGs Number 2 on Preventing hunger.
The event was attended by invited guests from representatives of institutions and communities around the Al-Makmur Islamic Boarding School, including Dr. Ikin Kurnendi (Community Leader), K.H. Nurhadi (Community Leader), Mr. Wawan (Head of Munjul Village), Mr. Supri (Head of Babinsa Munjul Village), and Mrs. Ricca Rosita (Treasurer of YIIM) and their staff. In addition, there were also the leaders of the Al-Makmur Islamic Boarding School Cleric Athoullah SAg and Hajj. Agus Supriatna SH. MH. MSi as the caretaker of the Al-Makmur Islamic Boarding School. The event was attended by more than 100 boarding school students and from the guardians of students and residents in the cottage environment. And, starting at 4pm until finished.
On the same occasion, Mr. Suluh Tripambudi Rahardjo as the CSR Coordinator of Insight Investments Management Company conveyed:
“The Ramadhan blessing aid program for orphans and poor students is part of the social action program carried out in the month of Ramadan by Insight Investments Management Company, according to our company tagline ‘Transforming Investment To Social Impact’. Hopefully this event can provide benefits and blessings in this month of Ramadan.”
In her speech, Mrs. Riccana Rosita as Treasurer of the Management of Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / The Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development (YIIM) conveyed:
“The honorable guests, the big family of the Al-Makmur Islamic Boarding School, the Leaders and Caregivers of the Islamic Boarding School as well as the santri and ustadzah. Thank you for the great welcome to this event. The Ramadhan blessing assistance program is part of a series of programs organized by YIIM with the support of Insight Investment management Company. Hopefully, with a little assistance from us, it can be useful for the orphans and poor students in this boarding school.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Hajj. Agus Supriatna as the caretaker of the Boarding School in his speech expressed his gratitude and gratitude for the organization of this Ramadan blessing aid event.
“Thank you to the Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / The Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development (YIIM) and Insight Investments Management Company for providing assistance to our students which are an orphans and poor students who did receive scholarships from the Al-Makmur Islamic boarding school. Regardless of the amount of assistance, we must be grateful for all of this thus all these good intentions can be a blessing to many people.”
This Ramadan Blessing Aid Program is a series of programs for the month of Ramadan in 2022 which has the tagline “Ramadan Blessing, Let’s inspire together” and is planned to be held at 6 (six) points in the greater Jakarta area, namely in South Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi, Bogor Regency, South Tangerang, and Tangerang Regency. Where various forms of activities to be carried out include; sharing iftar packages, takjil, basic necessities, worship equipment, free cleaning and AC service at mosques and orphanages, and free haircuts.
YIIM as a non-profit organization opens itself to support and cooperation with any parties thus more people can get benefit from YIIM’s programs and YIIM can spread more inspiration to help in developing Indonesia.
