On Wednesday, September 28th in the year of 2022, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun or known as the Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development (YIIM) supported by Insight Investments Management Company (INSIGHT) held a social humanitarian program for medical assistance and health support for victims or families of criminal acts registered as protected status under the Indonesian Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK-RI).
The assistance was directly given to Mrs. Damaris Hutabarat (70 years old) one of the protected of the LPSK RI at her residence which is located at Beji Timur Village, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. She who is protected by LPSK has been suffering from lupus for 20 years, due to the effects of medicines causing disturbances in the bones and other bodies. Now Mrs. Damaris can only lie in bed and rely on medical assistance which is not covered by the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS).
The assistance provided included medicines that were prescribed by a doctor such as starletto, glucosamine, suprafat syrup, pre gabalin, poliacit, etopel, neurobion forte, thrombo, lanso pracol, cucurma espilet, etc. Coupled with health supports such as adhesive presses for adults, underpads, and massage oils.
This occasion attended by Mrs. Handari Restu Dewi (Head of the Bureau for the Fulfillment of the Rights of Witnesses and Victims of LPSK RI) and Agus Janan W. (Staff of the Bureau for the Fulfillment of the Rights of Witnesses and Victims of LPSK RI), Mr. Paian Siahaan (Husband of Mrs. Damaris/Protected LPSK RI). ), and Achmad Fanani Rosyidi (YIIM Program Manager).
On this occasion the Coordinator of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team of Insight Investments Management Company, Mr. Suluh Tri Pambudi Rahardjo delivered “Hopefully, with the help of medicines and health support to Mrs. Damaris, who is protected by LPSK RI, it can be used properly. This activity is part of Insight Investments Management’s commitment to social care.”
Furthermore, from Chrisbiantoro as the Chairman of Management of the Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development, on the same occasion, conveyed “YIIM as a partner of Insight Investments Management Company is grateful that through this program we can share with Mrs. Damaris as protected by LPSK RI. This collaboration with LPSK RI is part of our series of collaborations in helping the sheltered get through their difficult times.”
This program is in line with the agenda of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 3 regarding healthy and prosperous life and number 4 quality education.
