Water resources are the key of people’s lives. Natural preservation as well as the key to the country’s economic resilience, both domestically and internationally. Fulfilling the need for clean water is still a problem for districts and cities of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province due to watersheds (DAS) and damage to forest ecosystems. Data in the year of 2019 states that 75 percent of NTT residents have access to sustainable water sources. This presentation only refers to the availability of water sources and does not fulfil other basic rights such as good service standards with the existence of pipelines and affordability of water prices for residents (www.mongabay.co.id).
