Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun or known as The Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development (YIIM) supported by Insight Investments Management Company (INSIGHT) and partner investors from Investnow, on Wednesday 27 April 2022 distributed aid packages for Ramadan iftar to orphans and poor people at the Ishlahul Hayat Orphanage Foundation which is located at Jl. Sacred No. 45 RT 01/RW 05, Pondok Petir Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City, West Java Province.
The iftar aid of Ramadan was in the form of donations for 30 orphan’s children and 100 packages of iftar which containing rice boxes and takjil and also 100 packages of Ramadan gifts containing various light snacks, milk, and biscuits. The aid was given to 130 orphans and poor people living around the orphanage.
This event is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, especially SDGs Number 2 on Preventing hunger.
Partners organizing also participated in the event Director of Insight Investments Management Company Mrs. Ria Warganda and the staff, Director of Investment Mr. Syamsul Rizal and staff and Secretary of YIIM Mrs. Dewi Astari and staff. In addition, the host was also present, Cleric Agus Supriatna as the representative of the Ishlahul Hayat Orphanage and administrators. The event was attended by 30 orphans who living in the orphanage’s dormitory and 15 Foundation administrators, this event was starting at 14.00 WIB and ending with the distribution of iftar packages to residents around the orphanage.
On this occasion, Mrs. Ria Warganda as Director of Insight Investments Management Company conveyed:
“The Ramadhan blessing aid program for orphans and poor people at the Islahul Hayat Orphanage in Depok is part of social action program carried out in the month of Ramadan by Insight Investments Management Company in cooperation with invesnow as a partners and YIIM, according to our company tagline ‘Transforming Investment To Social Impact’. This activity is also a form of social investment for the future of our young generation to always be noticed. Hopefully this event can provide inspiration and blessings for others.”
Furthermore, the remarks from Mr. Syamsul Rizal as the Director of Invesnow on the occasion conveyed:
“Thank you for the incredible welcome from the administrators and orphans of the Ishlahul Hayat Orphanage, Depok. On the occasion of this blessed month of Ramadan, we are glad to share with the orphans. Hopefully all of you will be the next generation that is helpful for the nation and the country. Hopefully our assistance can be useful.”
In her speech, Mrs. Dewi Astari as the Secretary of the Management of YIIM conveyed:
“The honorable our main supporting partners of this event Insight Investments Management Company and Investnow, as well as the hosts of the Islahul Hayat Depok orphanage and beloved kids. The event of donations and giving gifts for orphans is our manifestation to spread kindness and inspiration in the month of Ramadan, a month full of blessings. Even though it’s not much, hopefully it will be useful and we will always be given health. Amen”
Meanwhile, Cleric Agus Supriatna as the administrator of the Depok Ishlahul Hayat Orphanage in his speech expressed his gratitude and for this Ramadan blessing aid event.
“Thank you to YIIM and Insight Investments Management Company and Invesnow who have provided aid to our foster children who are orphans and poor people living in orphanages. Alhamdulillah, we are very grateful and this is more than enough. Thank you for the attention of the donors.”
This Ramadan Blessing Aid Program is a series of programs for the month of Ramadan in 2022 which has the tagline “Ramadan Blessing, Let’s inspire together” and is planned to be held at 6 (six) points in the Greater Jakarta area, namely in South Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi, Bogor Regency, South Tangerang, and Tangerang Regency. Where various forms of activities to be carried out include; sharing iftar packages, takjil, basic necessities, worship equipment, free AC cleaning and service at mosques and orphanages, and free haircuts.
YIIM as a non-profit organization opens itself to support and cooperation with any parties in order to make more people receives benefit from YIIM’s programs and YIIM can spread more inspiration to help in developing Indonesia.
