Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun or known as the Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development (YIIM) in cooperation with Insight Investments Management Company (INSIGHT) in collaboration with the Berdikari Bangun Bangsa Foundation (YBBB), on Saturday 29th October 2022 held an agenda for a catfish catching from the results of the Catfish in a Bucket cultivation (Budikdamber) training program for underprivileged people in the Sasak Village area Panjang, Tajurhalang sub-district, Bogor Regency. This agenda is a series of the Budikdamber Training Program on June 21 in the year of 2022.
This program is relevant to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG number 1 regarding on reducing poverty and SDG number 2 regarding on reducing hunger.
The catfish catching was carried out after the beneficiaries cultivate catfish for five (5) months. The beneficiaries were four (4) residents of RT 02/RW 09 Sasak Panjang Village who received 60 catfish babies each with a set of budikdamber tools.
The event was also attended by Achmad Fanani Rosyidi as Program Manager of YIIM, Mr. Rizky Representative from the Berdikari Bangun Bangsa Foundation, and Mr. Jumeno as a beneficiary representative from RT 02/RW 09 Sasak Panjang Village.
On the same occasion Mr. Suluh T Rahardjo as the CSR Coordinator of INSIGHT delivered “we are grateful to be able to share for underprivileged communities. Hopefully the result from the Budikdamber training will benefit residents in need. We are from INSIGHT, through social programs with YIIM, tries to help thus it can benefit the community. This program is part of INSIGHT’s commitment, namely transforming investments into social impact.”
Furthermore, from YIIM’s representative, Mrs. Riccana Rosita as the treasurer of the YIIM management delivered “YIIM as a partner of Insight Investments Management Company is proud that through this program we can share with the community and spread inspiration to continue to do good and share with others.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Jumeno as a resident of RT 02/RW 09 Desa Sasak Panjang conveyed “Thank you to INSIGHT and YIIM for collaborating with YBBB for providing funding and assistance in the form of mindfulness training. The result this time is a blessing from the training process that has been given to us. Thank you”
