On Monday 08th August 2023, the Foundation for Inspiration of Indonesia Development or known as Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) with the Class 1 Correctional Center (BAPAS) in Central Jakarta, as well as several community organizations that are members of the Correctional Care Community Group (Pokmas Lipas) signed a cooperation agreement in terms of the Formation of Griya Abhipraya BAPAS Class 1 Central Jakarta in its office which is located at Jl. State Printing VIII No.54, Rawasari, District. cemp. Putih, City of Central Jakarta

On this occasion, Mr. Chrisbiantoro as Chair of YIIM, Mr. Bambang Maryanto, Head of BAPAS Class I Central Jakarta, and representatives of the Community Group (POKMAS) from the Nusantara Learning Center, the Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institute, the Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNN) DKI Province Jakarta, Mutiara Maharani Foundation, Rindu Order Screen Printing, Islamic Religion Information and Empowerment of Zakat and Waqf Regional Office of the DKI Jakarta Ministry of Religion, LBH Inpartit.

The establishment of Griya Abhipraya BAPAS Class 1 Central Jakarta aims to establish cooperation between institutions, increase synergy and collaboration in terms of empowering clients and this Agenda is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) SDGs Number 17 Partnership to achieve development goals.

In his remarks, Mr. Bambang Maryanto delivered “Griya Abhipraya will be used for training and empowering clients which will be filled by YIIM and other Pokmas Pokmas. This is a form of collaboration for better client empowerment.”

This activity is intended to strengthen the cooperation that has been established since 2018, in particular the development of the entrepreneurial skills of former assisted citizens (also known as clients) thus they be able to have business independence skills and a better future. YIIM has conducted various entrepreneurship trainings for clients in the form of coffee making (barista), barbering, cosmetology, cooking, steam motors, hydroponics, and AC Service and Washing Training.

We hope that the collaboration that has been established can provide hope and inspiration for clients.
